Shipping and Logistics
- All orders are in US dollars.
- Free shipping for orders over $72 shipped in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. territories. For orders under $72 shipped in the United States there is a $15 shipping fee.
- Free Shipping for orders over $250 shipped outside the United States. For orders under $250 shipped outside the United States there is a $30 shipping fee.
- For orders over $250 interest-free payment plans are available. Please contact us and let us know how we can support you.
- Warranties and money-back guarantee by brand as written inside each product listing.
- Special discounts are available for international orders to offset customs, duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.
Discount to Offset Customs, Duties and Taxes
We love international customers! In addition to offering free international shipping on orders over $250, to help offset the customs, duties and taxes levied to you by your country when ordering goods, The Wellness Enterprise offers a special discount for international shipments. Discounts may not be combined with any other offers. Discount is ONLY valid for shipments sent outside of the United States. Customs, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. TWE pays for shipping, not customs, duties or taxes.
Shipping & Delivery Time
We will ship your product to you anywhere in the world. Most orders ship within 24 hours and all orders within 7 business days, unless a product is out of stock. Delivery times are 4-7 days for the lower 48 states; 7-10 days for Alaska and Hawaii and 14-30 days for international orders. International customers please be patient with our free shipping. Delivery times can be as long as 30 days, sometimes longer during holidays. Your package will get there.
Tracking your Domestic Shipment
You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Simply click the link in the email to see the location of your package. If you do not see the email, please look into your spam folder.
Tracking your International Shipment
You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Simply click the link in the email to see the location of your package. If you do not see the email, please look into your spam folder. Usual delivery times are 14-30 days. Please be patient. We provide free shipping and it takes time. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Promptly Inspect Your Package When it Arrives
It is important to inspect your shipment upon arrival and communicate within 3 days any damage caused during shipping. If your order is damaged, please forward one clear photo of the damage of the product and one clear photo of the package it came in to support@thewellnessenterprise.com along with your order number. We will work with customers to replace / exchange products damaged during shipping as long as the damage is reported within 3 days of arrival. For reports made after 3 days, there are no guarantees of replacement / repair.

Other Considerations
The Wellness Enterprise is not responsible for missing, damaged or stolen packages. For these kinds of issues, TWE will do its best to help on a case by case basis. If Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS or another shipper says the package was delivered to your address and it was either damaged or missing, TWE is not responsible for rebates, refunds or replacements. In these types of circumstances your recourse is with the shipper not TWE. Please contact the shipper directly and work out a solution with them.
