The velvet carrying bag is not waterproof. To keep it soft and in its best condition, we recommend giving your Aqua Energizer a gentle shake to remove any excess water before placing it in the bag. A few drops here and there won't cause damage, but keeping the bag as dry as possible will help it maintain its texture and appearance over time.
To keep your velvet bag looking its best, gently brush off any dust or debris with a soft cloth or velvet brush. Avoid getting the bag wet, and keep it away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Store it in a cool, dry place when not in use, and avoid placing heavy objects on top of it to help the fabric maintain its soft, luxurious texture.
The copper scouring pad is designed exclusively for cleaning the inside copper funnel at the top of your device. When your Aqua Energizer arrives, the funnel will be shiny and pristine. Over time, natural oxidation may occur — this is completely normal with copper and poses no risk to your water. When you're ready to restore that original shine, simply use the copper scouring pad on the inside of the funnel. Cleaning is entirely optional and based on your personal preference.
