This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to thewellnessenterprise.com and any related pages, forms, and communications we operate (collectively, the "Site").
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@thewellnessenterprise.com.
2. Information We Collect

Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver relevant advertising. See Section 5 for details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and delivery
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service communications
- Send marketing emails if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Send marketing text messages only if you have expressly opted in (see Section 6)
- Host and manage registrations for webinars and workshops
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent use. We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only for the purposes described in this policy. These include:
- Shopify, which hosts our online store and processes order data
- Payment processors, which handle your payment securely
- Shipping carriers, which receive your name and address to deliver your order
- Klaviyo, which manages our email and SMS communications
- Google (Google Analytics) and Meta, which provide analytics and advertising services as described in Section 5
Each provider is permitted to use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TWE, our customers, or others.
A note for California residents: while we do not sell personal information for money, the use of advertising cookies and pixels described in Section 5 may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time as described in Section 10.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use the following technologies on the Site:
- Google Analytics 4 with Google Signals. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Signals is enabled, which means Google may associate visit data with the Google accounts of signed-in users who have turned on Ads Personalization, including for cross-device measurement. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and to reach people who may be interested in our products. Meta may use this data as described in its own privacy policy. You can adjust your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Essential cookies. Shopify and related services set cookies necessary for the Site to function, including your shopping cart and checkout.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Site, including checkout, from working.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We do recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, and if your browser sends it, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising in states where that right applies.
6. Text Message (SMS) Marketing
We send marketing text messages only to people who have expressly opted in. If you opt in:
- Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
- You can get help by replying HELP or emailing support@thewellnessenterprise.com
- Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase
Your mobile number and opt-in status are managed through our messaging provider and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
7. International Customers and Data Transfers
We ship internationally and welcome customers from around the world. TWE is based in the United States, and your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses implemented by our service providers.
8. Your Rights Under the GDPR and UK GDPR
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your data, subject to certain exceptions
- Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
Our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), consent (email and SMS marketing, advertising cookies), legitimate interests (site analytics, fraud prevention, and improving our products and services), and compliance with legal obligations.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@thewellnessenterprise.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.
9. Your Rights Under US State Privacy Laws
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to:

- Access a copy of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information

Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address), commercial information (purchase history), and internet activity (browsing and interaction data on the Site). We collect this information directly from you and automatically through the Site, use it for the business purposes described in Section 3, and disclose it to the service providers described in Section 4. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by these laws, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Order records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of our analytics providers.
12. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted checkout through Shopify. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@thewellnessenterprise.com and we will delete it.
