For those products that are authorized for a refund, customers must contact The Wellness Enterprise for a refund authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise received after expiration of the money back guarantee or without prior refund authorization will be refused. If the customer wishes to receive unauthorized return products back, the customer will be solely responsible for paying shipping charges.

Refunds will not include shipping charges or any other fees such as customs, duty, taxes, credit card fees or bank charges that are paid by you or TWE during the delivery of your order. In addition, we may charge a 20% restocking fee at our sole discretion. This also applies if you submit an incorrect address with your order or change your mind after an order has been shipped. Unopened and new within 30 days for a full refund minus any credit card processing fees. Customer drops the tower off at our location or pays for return shipping and insurance. Refund is issued after the package has been received and inspected. 

Used for less than 90 days and in like new condition for a refund of 80% of the purchase price. Customer drops the tower off at our location or pays for return shipping and insurance. Refund is issued after the package has been received and inspected. 

After 90 days, no refunds.

Yes, we do ship internationally! You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Simply click the link in the email to see the location of your package.
