Thank you for choosing the Aqua Energizer to structure your water. The Aqua Energizer carries the resonance of love and unity and spreads this to you and your water each time you use it.
Every Aqua Energizer is individual and alive. As they exit the manufacturing process, the final steps include hand balancing each device by placing the logo in the perfect place to balance the individual unit. Every device is individually attuned to the highest possible vibration.
Our intention for the Aqua Energizer has always been that it lasts for generations and we feel very confident in the stability of our design. While cosmetic blemishes from everyday use are possible, the overall integrity of the devices stands up well to the rigors of normal life.
Care Instructions
Just before your Aqua Energizer is packaged for shipment the inside of the funnel is polished to a bright copper shine. This shine will change over time as there is no chemical coating inside your device and it is normal for copper to change through oxidation. It is possible that this oxidation process may start during the shipping process and before your first use.
At any time, you can restore the copper shine in your funnel by cleaning it with the included copper scouring pad. Any discoloration in the funnel is normal oxidation and purely a cosmetic issue.
There are a variety of options for cleaning your Aqua Energizer and you are free to choose the option that feels best to you. There is no right or wrong option, just a choice for you to make based on your preferences.
We’ll start with the simplest first. One of our customers taught us that he cleans his portable device with his waterpik. The combination of the simplicity of cleaning with water and pressure is really appealing to us so you might want to start by giving this a try.
If you are after a more thorough cleaning and the issue is not resolved by water under pressure, we recommend beginning by plugging the bottom of the unit with your index finger. Fill with distilled vinegar. Cover the top with your palm. Shake for 20 seconds. Pour out the vinegar. Place the unit under the sink faucet and flush with warm water until water is clear.
For the strongest cleaning possible for items like mold, mildew or bacteria:
As seen in countless settings around the world including restaurants and hospitals, the safest thing and accepted standard for cleaning mold, mildew or bacteria is killing them with chlorine (or bleach). Simply pour chlorine bleach through the device and then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
