Limited Seven-Year Warranty

AQUA ENERGIZER Structured Water Devices made with copper outer shells, crystals in the middle and a mineral coating on the outside come with a 7-year limited warranty and a 90-day money-back guarantee. For the 7-year limited warranty pre-paid shipping labels will be provided. The 90-day money-back guarantee does not include return shipping.

What Does The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee Cover?

If you are not satisfied with your AQUA ENERGIZER Structured Water Device and you return the device within ninety days of your purchase, The Wellness Enterprise, Inc. will refund the purchase price on your sales receipt upon your return of the device (up to The Wellness Enterprise, Inc.’s manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) for the device at the time of your purchase).  The Wellness Enterprise, Inc. reserves the right to verify the purchase price of your device and to limit refunds.

What Does The Seven-Year Limited Warranty Cover?

This limited seven-year warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in the AQUA ENERGIZER Structured Water Devices under normal use.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the device only and terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the device.

What Does The Seven-Year Limited Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, modification, abuse, damage from freezing water, natural disaster, or cosmetic changes to the device. If you have your device serviced by a third party, it will void this warranty.

Note: Several AQUA ENERGIZER devices require installation by a licensed plumber for the warranties to remain valid. They are: Whole House Device, Under Sink Device, and the Quick Connect Device.

How Can I Make a Guarantee or Warranty Claim?

Contact The Wellness Enterprise, Inc and instructions will be provided.  The Wellness Enterprise, Inc. can be contacted by phone at: (857) 254-9880 or online via our contact form. You are responsible for returning the device under a warranty or guarantee claim.  When you make a warranty claim under the seven-year warranty we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label.  You must pay any return-shipping charges if you return the device under the 90-day warranty.  The Wellness Enterprise, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  Incomplete or illegible submissions will be deemed invalid.

What will The Wellness Enterprise, Inc. do if I Make a Warranty Claim?

When we receive your device we will examine it to determine if any malfunction has been caused by a defect in materials or workmanship or by improper installation, misuse, modification, abuse, damage from freezing water, natural disaster, or cosmetic changes to the device. For defects in materials or workmanship, a repair or replacement will be made and the device returned to you. In the case of improper installation, misuse, modification, abuse, damage from freezing water, natural disaster, or cosmetic changes to the device we will provide you with a quote for how much it will cost to repair or replace the unit including the cost of the previously provided pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of the repair and the cost to ship the device back to you.  The Wellness Enterprise, Inc. will (in The Wellness Enterprise, Inc.’s discretion) repair, or if repair is not practicable, replace any defective or malfunctioning device at no charge, or refund your purchase price (up to The Wellness Enterprise, Inc.’s manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) for the device at the time of your purchase).  Any replacement device does not extend the length of your original warranty.

Exclusion of Implied Warranties:

Your sole and exclusive remedy is product repair, exchange or refund, in The Wellness Enterprise, Inc.’s sole discretion, as provided in this Limited Warranty.  TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WELLNESS ENTERPRISE, INC. DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  TO THE EXTENT ANY SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, BUT MAY BE LIMITED BY TIME, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO SEVEN YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

Limitation of Liability:

THE WELLNESS ENTERPRISE, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THE WELLNESS ENTERPRISE, INC.’S LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES IS LIMITED TO, AND SHALL NOT EXCEED, THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE DEVICE THAT GIVES RISE TO ANY LIABILITY.

Your Rights Under State Law:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
