Increase the Power of your Immune System
In the new world of pandemics we are offering the long term solution to increase the protective power of our immune system. Hydration IS the immune system. Hydration runs our cells on high energy. Not only our cells, but our microbiome needs hydration to gobble up viruses, toxins and waste. Hydration is required to flush out our lymph channels, nourish our brain and hearts, our moods and even our optimism. In this session we recover the essentials of hydration so lost to us through our modern lifestyles. Throughout our 4 sessions, you will learn surprising practices and recipes to hydrate that don’t require the guzzling of so much water.
Coaching Session #2
Hydration through Micro Movements
Movement is how nature designed the delivery of hydration within us. Starting with our spinal “canal” all fluid in the body is meant to be in flow, to be continually cleansing us. Cleaning through perpetual flow makes intuitive sense. Yet there is another powerful reason for hydration and water flow, the water molecule stores and carries all our biological information. Movement is literally delivery of information to our cells, and therefore movement is key to our high immune function. The surprising news is that even the smallest micromovements work to move fluid through you, so don’t’ have to go to the gym everyday, in fact the micromovements we teach can even be done without getting out of your bed and from your office chair at work. In this session you will learn and practice the top five micromovements for delivering hydration to all our tissues.
Coaching Session # 3
Tapping and Sacred Sound Hydrate
The water molecule reverberates like a tuning fork. It conducts and releases frequencies that signal our cells to take action. This is happening at a speed we cannot imagine having any control over, yet we do. Frequencies and signaling reach higher coherence from better hydration. In this session we share and practice different tapping techniques to use with our heart or head that will create new levels of information delivery in your body. And we teach you what sounds you can use to create resonance and coherent cell signalling, resulting in inner peace and increased emotional and physical health.

Hydrating with Plants
Finding new sources of water and new ways to hydrate are key to improving immunity. Poor hydration weakens our protective capacities, and hydrating with tap and bottled water is harming our immune systems. To hydrate better, we draw on the water locked in plants, already full of nutrients, electrolytes, minerals and energy from photosynthesis. In this session you will learn all the ways plants can support our hydration, including the amazing power of essential oils, the most concentrated and powerful form of plant hydration. Essential oils carry the most biological information the plant has to offer. You will learn rituals and favorite formulas with essential oils and how to use them on our bodies, with our breathing, and in our home and work environments.
