Our team reviews each submission for sound, lighting, story detail, application footage, photos, and overall quality. If we need more clips or clearer footage, we may reach out.

Approved stories may receive $50 to $200 in store credit toward your next order. The clearer and more complete your submission is, the more our team can consider you for higher credit. 💧

Do my clips need to be edited or polished?
No. We’re not looking for production value. We’re looking for you. Clear picture, clear sound, and honest words are all that matter.
What should I say?
Your own experience, in your own words. What you’ve noticed is yours to share. We simply ask that you speak from what you’ve actually lived.
What if my clips don’t quite work?
We’ll tell you, kindly, and you can upload new ones. There’s no limit on tries.
Does every submission qualify?
Not every submission qualifies, and the credit amount is at our discretion. We approve stories that are clear, honest, and genuinely yours. If yours isn’t approved on the first pass, we’ll usually invite you to try again.
How will you use my clips?
Approved clips may appear on our website, our social channels, and in our advertising. By submitting, you give The Wellness Enterprise permission to use your clips in our marketing. If your story appears in an ad, we’ll note that you received store credit, because honesty is the whole point.
Who can submit?
Anyone who owns an Aqua Energizer.
When will I hear back?
Within 7 days of your submission.
